Employee Spotlight!
This month, we’re thrilled to celebrate Jessica Campbell, our Runner-Up for Employee of the Quarter — an honor that’s more than well-deserved.
Jessica is one of the most hardworking and dependable people on our team. She shows up every day with a positive attitude, treats everyone with kindness, and always goes the extra mile. Whether she’s stepping in to handle a last-minute rush or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, she’s the kind of teammate everyone’s lucky to have.
As Jessica put it best, “I’m just happy to help wherever I can—if the team succeeds, we all succeed.”
Needless to say, the entire team absolutely loves her, and we couldn’t be prouder to recognize her dedication and spirit.
Tips Of The Month!
Tip 1: Mellow Strong Tannins in Red Wine
If your red wine is tasting too bold or astringent, use medium toast cubes and keep temperatures between 65–68°F. A slow, steady extraction allows tannins to integrate smoothly, creating a softer, more approachable finish.
Tip 2: Enhance Aromatics in Lighter Reds
For varietals like Pinot Noir or Grenache, try light toast French oak chips for just 2–4 weeks. This brings out floral and bright fruit notes without overpowering the wine’s delicate character.
Tip 3: Add Complexity to White Wines
Chardonnay and similar whites benefit from medium-plus toast cubes with cooler aging temperatures around 60°F. This method preserves fresh acidity while adding warm, toasty layers of flavor.
